Lawrence, 33, paired her unconventional footwear with an otherwise stylish outfit, having arrived in a loose-fitting over-shirt and distinctive red fitted trousers.
The American star rounded off her look with a pair of stylishly framed sunglasses, while a large tote bag was casually slung across one shoulder.
Lawrence previously swapped the heels for a pair of flip flops while attending the Cannes Film Festival premiere of Anatomy Of A Fall in 2023.

The documentary premiered during last year's Cannes Film Festival, where it received widespread acclaim from critics.
Lawrence spoke about the feature during an interview with Deadline, where she spoke about how she was enthusiastic about bringing attention to the plight of modern Afghan women.
'I was watching the fall of Kabul on the news in 2021 and I told Justine, you know, we need to find somebody on the ground, that can get a camera in there,' she said.
The performer also spoke highly of Mani, whom she described as the 'perfect' director for the film.
Bread & Roses is currently scheduled to debut on the Apple TV+ streaming service on June 21.
