Ballet flats are as essential to my wardrobe as a pair of white sneakers. Not only can the shoes instantly elevate any outfit, but the options are kind of endless, from classic leather styles to on-trend metallic and barely-there mesh flats. And this week I added yet another ballet flat to my wishlist thanks to Jennifer Lawrence.

The actress has been repeat-wearing a pair of black ballet flats that are covered in silver studs; the shoe looks like it’s been filled in with push-pins, and I’m kind of obsessed with it. The metal hardware adds edge to the otherwise preppy shoe and makes even the most basic outfits feel really cool.
Lawrence’s exact pair are from Tory Burch’s 2022 collection and were sold out, but after the actress was spotted in them, the brand quietly restocked the shoe (they know what the people want).
