Tish and Brandi Cyrus are playing matchmaker for one of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ daughters.
The mother-daughter duo tried to set up Sami Sheen with Joe Purcell, the eldest son of Tish’s husband, Dominic Purcell, during the Thursday, September 18, episode of their “Sorry We’re Cyrus” podcast.
Tish, 58, revealed that she had recently started managing Joe, 26, in his acting career and called him “absolutely stunning.” Sheen, 21, interjected to say that she had seen a video of Joe and thought, “This is a really handsome guy.”
“He’s beautiful,” Tish responded, as Brandi, 38, quickly asked Sheen, “Wait, are you single?”
“I am single, yeah,” Sheen responded.
Tish said that Joe “just met somebody,” thus taking him off the market, but she added that a connection between Sheen and Joe would “make [her] life.”
“You guys would be cute,” Brandi noted.
Sheen replied, “Oh, my God, OK, maybe I should meet him.”
Tish told Sheen that Joe is the “nicest guy you will ever meet in your whole entire life,” while Brandi added that he’s 6 foot 5. Sheen pointed out that she usually doesn’t date tall men because it “hurts [her] neck” to look up at them — but she’s still “open” to meeting Joe.
Joe became an internet sensation over the summer when he appeared as Hunter in the miniseries His Nerd, which went viral via TikTok. The show follows “a robotics whiz and soccer star fake-date to solve personal problems but face bullies, family issues, and criminal connections. Their pretend romance becomes real as they deal with feelings and colliding worlds,” according to the synopsis.
In addition to His Nerd, Joe has appeared in the mini series The Glow Up Game and is set to appear in the upcoming films Shellbound and Glamping, according to his IMDb.
Dominic, 55 — who shares Joe, daughter Audrey, 24, and twins Augustus and Lily-Rose, 22, with ex-wife Rebecca Williamson, has publicly supported his son’s career.
“My eldest son Joe,” Dominic captioned a photo of his son via Instagram in January. “His journey as an actor begins. Very proud of you mate. Your talent, quiet humble nature will get you far. Love Dad.”
Tish and Joe have also gushed about their close bond.
“I feel like Tish is the best person ever. I don’t know how to boil it down,” Joe said during a July episode of “Sorry We’re Cyrus.”
During their conversation, Tish got emotional as she recalled Joe’s speech at her August 2023 wedding to Dominic.
“My favorite thing you ever said to me [was] at the wedding,” Tish said. “He started reading his speech, and he said, ‘I never, ever wanted my dad to get remarried, and then I met Tish.’ I was like, ‘That is the sweetest thing.’”
As for Joe’s personal life, not much is known about him or his dating history, as he was mostly out of the spotlight prior to 2025.
Meanwhile, Sheen was previously linked to TikToker Aiden David in 2024.
