After joining OnlyFans on her 18th birthday, the social media influencer later decided to have breast augmentation surgery. Although she was pleased with her new look at the time, she revealed that she is now getting them removed due to a mysterious illness.
Fortunately, it seems some fans don’t seem to mind, as one follower told her they actually preferred her “natural chest.”

In late June, the Internet model talked to Us Weekly about her decision to lose her breast implants. During their conversation, she revealed that she has been having health problems for two years and linked them to the implants. Even though she wants to get them removed, she is concerned that it is going to hurt her OnlyFans career and result in a loss of followers.
“That was honestly a huge worry of mine,” she said. “I think I definitely am gonna get a lot of photos of my boobs before I have to say bye to them forever. And I’m gonna stock up on my content and then, after that, once I’m all healed, um, I don’t know. We’ll see.”

Although she didn’t go into detail on her “weird symptoms,” the 21-year-old previously expressed that she was getting her implants removed in order to improve her health.
“I’ve been experiencing health issues for nearly 2 years now with the weirdest symptoms and finally discovered that I have breast implant illness,” she shared on Instagram at the time. “Idk how i haven’t figured this out sooner, but I’m so happy I finally have an answer. I’m hoping to get them removed asap so I can start feeling better.”

The Cleveland Clinic doesn’t actually refer to “breast implant illness” as an official medical condition. Sami says that she “talked to some surgeons, and they’ve told me that breast implant illness is not a real thing and there’s no way I’m sick from them, just completely invalidating everything I’ve been feeling.”
However, she is determined to get her implants removed, believing they are the cause of her mysterious symptoms.
“It’s kind of frustrating because it makes sense if it is breast implant illness, because it’s, like, two foreign objects covered in silicone, like, melting into your body,” she told the publication. “So it makes sense because it’s gonna make some people sick, but the only way of really figuring it out is by getting them removed.”

As she prepares to go under the knife yet again, Sami revealed that she has gotten supportive messages from her followers encouraging her to go through with the surgery if it will make her feel better.
She said that the messages from fans indicated that they are “gonna stick around no matter what and they don’t care what they look like,” adding, “And it’s nice to hear that I’m still gonna have subscribers even though, like, most of them are probably there for the look I have now.”
She admitted that she hopes it won’t affect her OnlyFans content “too much” but admitted that she doesn’t “know” how her paying customers will respond. She added: “Honestly, like, that’s the least of my worries right now. I’m mainly just focused on my health.”
