As time goes on, Salma Hayek’s fans are certain she “keeps getting better,” a sentiment they shared after the actress posted a couple of swimsuit photos that were taken about two decades apart.
The Magic Mike’s Last Dance star shared a throwback photo and a more recent image with fans in a short Instagram carousel on Thursday, June 6. Her post started with a sizzling photo featuring Hayek wearing a chocolate brown bikini. She stretched out casually while lying on her left side, her head propped up on her hand as she aimed a sultry look at the camera.
The second photo that Hayek, 57, included in her carousel showed a more recent image. In the newer photo, the Frida actress posed in a chestnut brown one-piece swimsuit that featured a plunging neckline. She paired the pool-ready look with a brimmed hat and dark sunglasses that reflected the blue water inside the nearby pool.
Hayek posed in a nearly identical position for her second photo as she had in her first, though she was facing opposite directions. For the more recent image, she stretched out on a wooden diving board, her head a few feet above the edge of the pool.
“#TBT Some poses never get old,” Hayek wrote in her Instagram caption. She said the first photo had been taken for a 1999 H&M campaign. The second photo was taken about two decades later for a 2020 issue of the French magazine L’Officiel, according to her caption.
