Salma Hayek and Linda Evangelista Share Rare Co-Parenting Moment at Stepson’s Graduation

Graduation season is officially here, and Salma Hayek is doing her part to celebrate the son of one very famous friend (and co-parent): Linda Evangelista. The retired supermodel shares her only child, Augustin, with her ex François-Henri Pinault, who also happens to be Hayek's husband. Hayek took to Instagram to share a carousel of snapshots from the big day.

"Augie!!! We are so PROUD 🥹 of you," the House of Gucci actress wrote. "Congratulations for becoming the extraordinary young man that you are and managing to still be our lovely boy and congratulations to Linda, Francois and all the parents who got our babies up to this point."

Hayek then made sure to acknowledge all of the hard work Augustin put in to earn his degree, writing, "Easier said than done" and adding a graduation cap emoji for good measure.

Evangelista and Pinault welcomed Augustin in October 2006. The couple dated for a brief period in 2005-2006 and parted ways before their son was born. Following their breakup, Pinault almost immediately coupled up with Hayek. Their daughter, Valentina, was born in September 2007.

"I had my child so late in life," Hayek, who was 41 at the time, later told People. "I thought I wasn't going to be able to and it was such an important thing to me."
