The veteran model and her boyfriend, Jeff Greenstein, recently took their relationship to the next level after two years of dating; they are now engaged.
The exciting milestone comes six years after Porizkova lost her late husband, Cars frontman Ric Ocasek, to heart disease.

Her hair was styled back, and her face was adorned with subtle makeup. Greenstein, on the other hand, rocked a blue short-sleeved shirt. Keeping the details of the proposal a mystery, Porizkova simply captioned the announcement video, “He asked.”

It seems the signs were in the air that Porizkova and Greenstein were taking their relationship to the next level just four months after the couple celebrated their 2nd anniversary.

“Tonight, two years ago, we met in person. I already knew,” Porizkova revealed in the accompanying caption. “After a month of hour-long conversations, I only had one question. And it could only be answered one way. With a kiss.”
She then disclosed that she and Greenstein have a “goal” of “kissing – everywhere and all the time.” Concluding the PDA-filled post, the 60-year-old made a vow to her boyfriend, writing, “wherever you’re going- I’m going your way.”

Porizkova and Greenstein’s fairytale love started with bold steps for the duo, who had been married previously. The “Her Alibi” actress, in the early days of their romance, revealed that it was “as scary as it’s exhilarating.“
In an emotional post accompanied by a photo of them kissing, the model gushed about how, after kissing many frogs, she was finally in a healthy relationship.
“This is what my life is right now. Meeting my equal. Meeting someone [who] loves history as much as I do,” she penned. “But also wants to make new discoveries. Someone who is confident with who they are and where they are at, but can be as utterly goofy as me. That’s incredible.”

Weeks after celebrating their enduring love, the senior couple made headlines after one of their romantic posts was flagged on social media.
As The Blast reported, a photo of Greenstein cupping Porizkova’s breast in an upload was taken down by Instagram. The 60-year-old called attention to the removal in a rant, accusing the platform of having inconsistent and discriminatory policies.
The image depicted a tender moment where Greenstein’s hand gently rested on her bare chest, and Porizkova viewed it as a celebration of love, but Instagram thought otherwise.
“IG pulled my photo in which my boyfriend’s hand cups my breast. In a way, it perfectly illustrates my point about sex and the older woman being a social taboo,” she stated.
To protest IG’s policy, Porizkova followed up with a photo of her bare bust obscured with a black square. It was perceived as a symbolic gesture highlighting her frustration with the perceived censorship of intimacy on social media.
Buttressing her point, Porizkova explained that society is less accepting of older women being desirable.
“The desirability factor of men and women is at the opposite sides of the age spectrum. A woman loses power with age – and the man gains it,” she argued.

Porizkova’s engagement comes months after she broke the internet by proudly flaunting her hip replacement surgery scars.
The “Anna” actress, who keeps it real with her 1.2 million followers, shared a photo of herself clad in underwear and an open robe, while giving an update on her recovery journey.
Porizkova admitted she worried about getting scars before going under the knife. However, her fear was met with guilt for being vain. After selecting the best possible doctors and getting her new hip, the model was forced to accept her new reality.
“I know the incisions will soon become a part of me. They will be a reminder of old pain and new victories,” she wrote, vowing to accept them.
