If you haven't already heard, Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly are over (again), and apparently Megan—who is pregnant and due in just a few months—did not see the breakup coming.
A source close to the Jennifer's Body actor tells People that she was "blindsided" by the split (which went down just a few weeks after she announced her pregnancy), has "been distraught," and is "trying to focus on" preparing for the arrival of her and MGK's baby.
Another insider adds that the former couple's relationship "has always been bumpy," adding, "They love each other but don't have compatible personalities. They're both hot-heads, dramatic and stubborn. When they're good together, they're great. They will very likely get back together. They've split in the past and then worked things out."
This falls in line with what a source recently told Us Weekly in slightly different wording. Ahem: "They were trying to make it work again after the pregnancy, but they are both too hot-headed and fell back into their constant fighting. They can’t get on the same page and it’s not easy for them being together.” Oh, and this source also agreed that they “could very well" get back together.
As a reminder, TMZ broke news of Megan and Machine Gun Kelly's split earlier this week, revealing that it happened over Thanksgiving weekend in Vail, Colorado—where they were spending the holiday together. Per the outlet, "The reason for their split is that Megan found material on MGK’s phone that was upsetting, and it made her want him to leave the trip early." They reportedly haven't seen each other since.
