Their breakup was reportedly due to Fox finding 'upsetting material' on the 34-year-old music artist's phone during a Colorado vacation.
A source told ET that 'Megan doesn't like that she's been pulled back into relationship drama' as she awaits the birth of her fourth child.
It was added that the stars are 'trying to figure out what their next step should be as a couple and co-parents.'

The relationship update comes after MGK's ex Amia Miley alleged he partook in a shocking sex act when they dated eight years ago.
While speaking on the Inside Only Fans podcast, she said: 'He'd be perfect for Only Fans if he [weren't] so emotionally unstable.'
In another part of the chat, she said, 'I mean, he drank my pee.
