Katy Perry ‘trying hard for attention’ but is ‘nervous and exhausted’ amid Ozempic rumors – expert

Katy Perry looked to be "trying very hard to get attention" but appeared "nervous and exhausted" during Paris Fashion Week, according to an expert.

This week the Dark Horse hitmaker turned up the heat while stepping out at Balenciaga’s Fall 2024 Haute Couture Runway Show in France, showcasing her toned abs and naked chest. And while Katy looked sexy and edgy at the fashion event, experts and fans alike have expressed concerns over her dramatic weight loss.

And while Katy’s slimmed figure could be due to a healthy diet and exercise, some theorized that she could be taking the popular celebrity weight loss drug Ozempic. Fashion psychologist Professor Carolyn Mair, PhD was one of many who issued concerns for the singer, telling The Sun that she looked "taut" at the event.

The expert told the outlet: "Katy was trying very, very hard to get attention in Paris," and continued: "Instead of looking tough and provocative, Katy Perry looked unnatural and worried." During the fashion show, the former American Idol judge wore an open black oversized fur coat with nothing on underneath flaunting her thinner-than-ever figure.

Katy paired the stylish look with low-waisted, black ripped leggings for bottoms and pointed black boots. The 39-year-old popstar completed the risque look with a pair of black shades and wore her long dark locks pulled back in a slick bun.

In another look, Katy was seen walking down the runway during Vogue World: Paris at Place Vendome wearing an archival Noir Kei Ninomiya dress. She looked stunning in the black see-through dress complete with geometric shapes as she strutted down the runaway as a star-studded audience took in the bold look.

At the event, a number of famous faces showed up including Joey King, Sabrina Carpenter, Ashley Graham, Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner, and more.

And as Katy's new comeback single Woman's World from her upcoming sixth studio album has been flopping, the expert claimed that the singer was trying to appear "resilient and tough" amid the underperforming track. Mair told the news outlet: "The person inside all these provocative outfits did not measure up.

"These clothes were also Katy's armor chosen to protect her and represent a different, tougher persona than her authentic self. She looked unsure and nervous in all her Paris outfits, and her face looked taut."
