Kaley Cuoco shows off dual wrist braces as she reveals CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME diagnosis from holding baby daughter Matilda – and does ‘no hands’ workout

Kaley Cuoco appeared on trainer Ryan Sorensen's Instagram account this week and revealed she has carpal tunnel syndrome.

The 37-year-old Flight Attendant actress shared a hands-free workout to demonstrate how she and the fitness expert are navigating her diagnosis, which is from holding her adorable 5-month-old baby girl Matilda.

The new mom — who was spotted out in Los Angeles on Monday — began the clip saying, 'Some of you may know I have this major wrist/hand injury from holding the baby.

'It's a very real thing – Google it! I think the only way to make [my wrists] better is for us to start working out without using my hands, and without using any body weight on my hands.'

The longtime television star, who shares her daughter with beau Tom Pelphrey, acknowledged that the feat 'sounds crazy,' but she reassured viewers, 'We're going to show you you can still get a workout even if you are injured.'

Kaley pulled her long blonde hair into a messy top knot bun and went makeup-free in a sleeveless, white, cropped tank top that read, 'Happy,' in capital letters.

There were two black braces around her wrists and she wore skintight, black, high-waisted leggings.

The stylish entertainer added a pair of black Asics sneakers with blue and purple accents.

Sorensen wrote in the caption of his post, '“No Hands Workout,"' and added a fire emoji as he engaged his 18,000 followers.

He added, 'Since having her baby @kaleycuoco has been suffering with what’s called Carpal tunnel syndrome, basically numbness and tingling in the hands and arms from a pinched nerve…mostly due to holding the baby.

'So, [rather] than laying off her workouts, we just adjust and make them more about lower body and core work. Always finding ways to work around these things and most importantly no excuses!'

The Instagram reel was soundtracked by Eminem's song Business from his 2002 album The Eminem Show.

Kaley proved her athletic prowess as she leaned into a series of challenging circuits, including squats, high knees, mobility drills, and running.

She was previously married to equestrian Karl Cook and the two announced their divorce in September 2021, finalizing it n June 2022.

Though she and Cook split amicably, the Killer Movie actress was honest about how painful the breakup was, describing it as a 'rough time' in her life.

In a conversation with Glamour, the twice-married Kaley asserted she'll never marry again: 'I would love to have a long-lasting relationship or a partnership. But I will never get married again. Absolutely not. You can literally put that on the cover.'
