Kaley Cuoco recently sold her Los Angeles mansion for nearly $5.5 million. The 38-year-old actress has officially closed the sale on her nine-acre estate in Agoura Hills after listing the property less than a year ago.
She walked away with a profit as she previously purchased the sprawling property with a ticket price of $5.25 million from Taylor Lautner in 2022. The Big Bang Theory star — who posed up with her steamy leading man in her comedy thriller series for a luncheon last week — first listed the not-so-humble abode for $7 million in June 2023.
Just short of a year and after making multiple price cuts, she closed the deal on the fairly new, 5,647-square-foot home, which was built in an exclusive gated community in 2020, to new owners, according to TMZ.
The home features large windows throughout for natural sunlight and stunning views of the scenic landscape from all angles. The backyard boasts a 45-foot-long infinity pool as well as a spa and a fire pit for intimate gatherings.
Inside, the lavish home has a floating staircase, a speakeasy-style lounge as well as a bocce ball court for entertaining. In addition, she installed a mounted wine wall display and a wet bar when she first listed the home for sale.
The daughter of real estate agent Gary Cuoco, she has had an impressive real estate portfolio over the years and consistently keeps her properties shuffling. She is no stronger to buying and flipping high-end homes in desirable areas, such as Sherman Oaks, Tarzana and Hidden Hills.
After listing her Agoura Hills home, she purchased a ranch-style estate in Westlake Village, where she now resides with her partner Tom Pelphrey and their one-year-old daughter Matilda.
The Flight Attendant star doled out $6.4 million on a newly built, modern ranch-style home residing on a nearly two-acre spread and is tucked away in a gated community. Her new homebase features five bedrooms and seven baths in about 7,000 square footage of mostly single-level living space.
She also owns a 40-acre horse ranch in Thousand Oaks. Six years ago, she purchased the property, which is located northwest of Los Angeles, and built a sanctuary on her own to raise her many rescued animals. She also is the owner of a Studio City townhouse, which she purchased in late 2015 for $720,000.
