While appearing on the Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend podcast, the 38-year-old actress — who lost her rescue dog this month — declared she does not like when people call her 'momma.'
After giving birth to her first child, daughter Matilda, in early 2023, the former Big Bang Theory star explained that 'everyone' started referring to her by the innocuous title.
She said emphatically, 'What I hate is how everyone now is like, "Hey, momma!"
'What is that? I had a call on the way here and she was like, "How’s mom life?" And I’m like, "It’s the same [as] 10-and-a-half months ago."'

The Flight Attendant sensation went on to explain that she felt a 'visceral, angry reaction' to the term.
'If they know you have a baby, then all of a sudden you’re momma and you look good. But it’s different than just normal looking good,' she noted.
It even affected her while she worked on filming a recent project.
Kaley, who shares Matilda with boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, described: 'Everyone was calling me momma so often, and I was really hiding,'
After trying to ignore it initially, she admitted she began to 'really resent everybody.'
Ultimately, she confessed, 'I had my assistant call a meeting and tell everyone to stop calling me momma. And they did.'
Cuoco and Pelphrey began dating in May 2022, months after she announced her split from from husband Karl Cook.
She announced that they were expecting in October of 2022.

Another peeve Kaley confessed to is when parents use months to keep track of their kid's age.
'I even hate hearing myself say "10 months,"' she revealed on the podcast about her nearly one-year-old daughter. 'It really annoys me. It's a lot. It's like, "almost one."'
As for her professional life, Cuoco most plays New Jersey wife and mom Emma, who is married to the character David, in Role Play.
The trailer for the feature, which premiered on Friday, January 12, was released in November.
