Kaley Cuoco puts her lavish home in Agoura Hills on the market with an asking price of $7 million… just over a year after purchasing it

Kaley Cuoco has put her Los Angeles-area home up for sale, according to TMZ.

The 37-year-old performer has officially listed her lavish residence, which is located in the suburb of Agoura Hills, for $7 million. 

The former star of The Big Bang Theory, who recently underwent cupping procedures after her baby daughter refused to take naps, purchased the house from Taylor Lautner just over a year ago, when its asking price was only $5.25 million.

Cuoco's 5,647-square-foot residence was originally built in 2020 and sits on a whopping 9 acres of land.

The performer's home is also located in a gated community and features sweeping views of the surrounding foothills.

The actress' house boasts numerous amenities, including an impressive floating staircase.

The property also features a 45-foot-long infinity pool that overlooks the rolling hills surrounding the residence.

A fire pit sits at the edge of the property and looks out toward the gorgeous natural scenery. 

Cuoco's home previously featured a speakeasy-esque lounge area, although it has since been converted into another bedroom.

The actress' residence contains a spa area perfect for relaxing after long days of work.

A lengthy island, wide enough for five guests, sits in the middle of the heavily modernized kitchen.

The home also features a wet bar situated next to a sizable walk-in wine room.

Cuoco's residence features a sizable outdoor lounge area located right next to her infinity pool.

The home's exterior was partially renovated by the actress during her time at the residence.

Numerous other modifications have been made on the property since it was first built. 

The listing is held by RE/MAX's Jordan Cohen alongside Cuoco's father, Gary.
