Kaley Cuoco went out with a (big) bang for New Year’s Eve.
The “Based on a True Story” star, 39, officiated her younger sister Briana Cuoco’s wedding to Brian Logan Dales on Dec. 31, sharing photos of the intimate ceremony in a Thursday Instagram post.
The first image showed a picture of Kaley with her arms wrapped around her fiancé, actor Tom Pelphrey, at the Cathedral of St. Vibiana in Los Angeles.

The carousel also included black-and-white shots of their 1-year-old daughter Matilda, who served as the flower girl, and Kaley at the alter officiating the ceremony.
In another snapshot, the bride and groom were seen walking down the aisle after saying “I do.”
Rounding out the sweet shots was an adorable snap of Matilda crying in Kaley’s arms as they posed with Briana, who got engaged in September 2023.
“The best NYE to date,” the actress captioned her post. “I got to marry my sis and her love, blend two amazing families together surrounded by our friends, a gorgeous environment, a kiss at midnight with the love of my life, and a perfect flower girl. what a night to remember!”

The newlyweds shared a joint Instagram post with Entertainment Tonight, showcasing an inside look into the festivities.
“For the ceremony, Briana and Brian opted for a dark and moody aesthetic with red lighting and 1,200 candles along the perimeter of the reception. The bride chose a long ceremony gown by Kim Kassas Couture and a mini-dress for the reception by Selkie,” the post read.
The couple rang in 2025 as husband and wife and treated their guests to a fireworks display as the clock struck midnight and, of course, “featured the ultimate late night menu: bites from Taco Bell!”

When it came to wedding gifts, Briana and Brian “asked guests to bring them their favorite vinyl records along with notes about what the albums meant to them. These albums and stories will serve as the soundtrack to their lives.”
As for Kaley, the “Big Bang Theory” alum has recently opened up about her relationship with Tom, 42, and how the two are navigating their relationship before walking down the aisle.
“It’s a wild ride, Jimmy,” the star said of parenthood on a November episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”
“I mean, it’s an adventure. 19 months old. It’s a lot.”

“I was trying to explain to our couple’s therapist the other day why I’m so tired,” Kaley continued, before turning to address the audience directly: “You should all be in couples therapy, just FYI.”
After she announced her engagement to the “Ozark” alum earlier this year, a source told People that Kaley’s life has been “a whirlwind of happiness.”
“She’s super happy with Tom. Her daughter is such a light,” the insider shared. “Kaley loves being a mom. For years, her main focus was work. To now focus on her family instead, makes her thrive. Getting married hasn’t been a priority until now.”
They added: “You know she’ll plan the most gorgeous wedding. And it will be even more special now when her daughter can be part of it.”

The nuptials may be a bit far away, however. In September, Kaley told to People that she and Pelphrey “haven’t started planning anything yet,” teasing that “maybe another kid will have to come first.”
“We’re gonna go way out of order,” she quipped. “That’s our plan.”
