She bought the property for $6.4 million last year, shortly after the five-bedroom, seven-bath home was built new in 2023.
'I was like, "I want my own ranch. I want my own place,"' she told People. 'And I wanted a place for my family. My family's family and my child and my brain.'
Cuoco explained that she's still a 'California girl from Day One,' as she chose a place only an hour northwest of Los Angeles.
'No matter where I go in the world, this will always be the place I want to be,' she said.
