Hello, Dolly!
On Wednesday, June 26, Kaley Cuoco posted a selfie on Instagram announcing that she had adopted a new dog named Dahlia, whom she calls Dolly for short. The Cane Corso mix is the latest addition to her family, and the animal lover told her Instagram followers that she "hit the jackpot" with the pup.
She also shared an Instagram video featuring Dolly making herself at home with Cuoco, her partner Tom Pelphrey, and her 16-month-old daughter, Matilda. "We have 3 babies!" she jokes in the video, nodding to Dolly, Matilda, and her dog Miss Opal, another pup in Cuoco's growing pack.
In a voiceover, Cuoco, 38, says in the clip that when she saw a picture of six-month-old Dahlia on the Instagram page for the nonprofit I Stand With My Pack, she got chills and knew the pup belonged in her family.
She also says that her daughter was so excited to meet the dog that she called out her name. "She's all the dogs we had rolled into one," Cuoco gushed. "The heavens sent her down to us."

"Meet Dahlia aka Dolly, our newest pack member. We ♥️ her so much. Dolly is the sweetest, most zen cane corso mix — we'll definitely do a DNA test find out more," she wrote in the video's caption.
The Flight Attendant star also said that she plans on making up for Dolly's "rough start with an amazing life," calling her "the best addition" to hers. She thanked I Stand With My Pack and Courtney Davis, whose Instagram bio notes that she advocates for and fosters dogs, for saving Dolly.
"PS to the monsters who had her before, thank you!!" the Big Bang Theory alum signed off her caption. "She's safe now with us ♥️ consider rescuing your next family member. You won't regret it! 🐾"

Kaley Cuoco Jokes That Baby Matilda and Her Pups Are Her ‘Product Testing Crew’ For Oh Norman Brand
Cuoco's love for animals goes well beyond her newly adopted dog. She owns a ranch in Thousand Oaks, Calif., filled with horses, donkeys, chickens, goats, cows and pigs. She bought the property in 2018 and finds solace when she spends time there sans cell phone.
"I come out here, and there's no phone. The animals are all running up to you," Cuoco told PEOPLE in May. "It feels like an honor to have this space."
She also launched the pet care brand Oh Norman!, which she named after her beloved dog Norman, a pit bull mix who died in 2021.
Cuoco plans to grow the company "similar to what the Honest Co. has done for babies" and hopes to give "millions back to rescue."
Dogs make everything better. They are so cute, happy, and full of love — and Kaley Cuoco’s daughter Matilda “Tildy” Carmine is already obsessed. She clearly keeps her love of pups close to her heart, and a new photo of her 15-month-old daughter shows how big of a fangirl she is. The Big Bang Theory alum posted a new picture of her baby girl in an outfit perfect for an animal lover!

“I can’t with this face!!!!!” Cuoco, who shares Tildy with boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, wrote on her Instagram story on Monday. She shared a picture of Tildy in her highchair, smiling at the camera. Her blue eyes are shining and her smile is glowing as she shows off her adorable teeth and little dimple! In the photo, the cute baby girl wore a white dress with a black dog pattern. It’s clear how much she loves dogs.
Last month, the Based on a True Story star shared that they welcomed a new family member to their home, a dog named Dahlia. “We have 3 babies!! Meet Dahlia aka Dolly, our newest pack member. Better believe we’ll make up for her rough start with an amazing life🫶🐶. She’s been the best addition to ours already.”
In the accompanying video, Cuoco reveals how happy Tildy was to meet the dog. “Matilda was so excited,” she said. “She kept screaming and she kept saying, ‘Dah-la!’ ‘Dah-la.’” She also showed a clip of Tildy smiling and pointing at the dog.

Dogs aren’t the only animal Tildy loves. She also visits her mom’s farm often, where she hangs out with donkeys, chickens, goats, cows, pigs, and horses. “Obviously I rescue dogs, and everyone knows that about me, but I’ve really expanded to farm animals and even Thoroughbreds and horses off the track,” the Oh Norman! founder told PEOPLE last month. “Really anything with four legs is welcome here. We don’t turn anyone away. It’s become this magical place.”
No wonder her daughter loves animals, too! It sounds like paradise.
