It’s been a busy award season for Jennifer Aniston, but when is it not? The Hollywood icon has been a fixture at almost every major award show this season thanks to her role in the hit TV show Morning Show. When she arrived at her first show of the year, the Golden Globes, she decided to cut her hair into a shiny, bouncy lob for the occasion. The bob followed her to the People’s Choice Awards, where she paired it with the season’s hottest nail color. And on her latest red carpet, she decided it was time for yet another hair change.
On Sunday, February 25, Aniston was in Los Angeles to attend the prestigious Screen Actors Guild Awards. For a night of being honored by and amongst the best of her peers, Aniston had to mark the occasion—which she did by cutting her freshly debuted lob into a fully bonafide bob.

Walking the red carpet amongst Ayo Edebiri, Anne Hathaway, Margot Robbie, Selena Gomez, Emma Stone, and more, Aniston wore a shimmering silver sequin Celine gown with her new hair. The dress had a plunging neckline, spaghetti straps, a slit up the side of her leg, and some stitching detail along the waist. However, despite the shiny—and not black!—dress, we were much more enthralled by her hair.

Where her previous lob reached all the way under her collarbone, grazing her chest, this new hairstyle cut off right above her shoulders, grazing them depending on how she posed for the camera.

The way she styled this new length was reminiscent of her classic "Rachel" cut, just modernized for 2024. Aniston's hair was sleek and straight, and the strands around her face were curved inwards. This added to the face-framing effect, as well as that extra volume and movement. In the rear of her hair, there were some wispy strands that raised the silhouette of the look.
In color, her new hair was a few shades lighter than last time she graced the carpet. A tad brighter blonde than before, there were more noticeable highlights throughout the look, focusing more on the roots and front of her mane.
