Jennifer Aniston raves about ‘salmon sperm’ facials and admits wild rumor about her dead therapist is TRUE

Jennifer Aniston addressed a number of rumored stories about herself during her appearance on the Jimmy Kimmel show on Wednesday.

The Friends star, 55, set the record straight during a lighthearted true-or-false game with the host.

Among them was the story that she had a 'salmon sperm facial' before, along with a rumor that she has 'a zip-loc bag' filled with her 'dead therapist's ashes' – both of which turned out to be true.

After Jimmy inquired whether she had the salmon sperm facial, the star — who got emotional over death of onscreen father Kris Kristofferson elsewhere in the show — replied, 'I did.'

'But let me explain to you. It's not like, how do you get sperm out of a salmon? It was sort of unclear.'

She then explained: 'I just took the woman's word that that's what it was. And I was like, "Sure."'

A confused Jimmy then stumbled over his words: 'Yeah, well, I mean – if it's not that – is that supposed… I mean, I don't know.'

Aniston clarified: 'I don't know, supposed to be little, tiny like the micro needling that they do.'

'And then it was to push in the salmon sperm. Don't I have beautiful salmon skin?' she humorously asked.

Last year Aniston made it clear she had her doubts about the unique ingredients effectiveness of the facial, as she told The Wall Street Journal: 'First of all, I said, "Are you serious? How do you get salmon's sperm?"'

The Hollywood superstar admitted to the publication that she didn't feel like the facial did anything to help improve her skin's youthful glow.

Instead that star explained that she does swear by weekly peptide injections to combat the effects of aging and stated: 'I do think that’s the future'.

Salmon sperm has been hailed as the next must-have Korean beauty ingredient. It is currently offered at medical spas with the promise to increase cell turnover, produce more collagen, and improve pigmentation and inflammation.

Elsewhere on the show Jimmy asked about her late therapist. 'You have a zip-loc bag filled with your dead therapist's ashes? That was a little bit true, right?'

'It's a little true. I'm going to sound like I really need a therapist after this,' she answered.

He replied: 'Sounds like you need one one way or the other.'

Aniston previously addressed having her therapist's ashes in a 2012 interview with GQ, explaining: 'I have my therapist['s ashes] in a bag. She thought of me sort of like a daughter, and I thought of her sort of like a mom. I went to her funeral. They split her up into little Ziploc bags they handed out like party favors.'

A rumor the star dispelled was that she 'installed a $4,000 anti-aging water filter' in her home for her dogs.

'That is not true. Is that somewhere?' she replied. 'You would if that existed?' he asked.

'Absolutely no.'

When questioned if she travels 'abroad with jars of olives?' she replied, 'yes.'

Jimmy continued: 'You have a black belt in jujitsu?' to which she replied, 'Absolutely not.'

'You were once approached for an autograph while nude in a sauna?'

She shocked the audience as she replied, 'Yes. A picture.'

'You said no?' he inquired. 'I absolutely said no,' she said.

'At 11 years old, you had a piece of art hanging in MOMA, the museum of modern art?'

'Yes, I did,' she replied. 'It was a good one. They had this room, they did an exhibit of art that was done by the children out of this Waldorf school that I went to,' she said.

'Finally, another childhood question. On Christmas Eve, your family would make you belly dance?' Jimmy questioned.

The star said: 'Any time, not just Christmas Eve. You know. The Greeks love any kind of a family dinner, they would say, "Let's get up and watch" – it's like when you say to your child, "Play piano for everyone, let's sing for everyone."'

'I get such anxiety when my friends do that to their children. I have inner trauma from having to perform and belly dance in front of my Greek aunts and uncles and grandmothers.'

Jennifer was on the ABC talk show to promote her new children's book 'Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life' based on her rescue dog Clyde.

The actress has a four-book deal with HarperCollins Publishers and animation studio Invisible Studio for a series of works featuring the animated dog Clydeo.

Jennifer brought her beloved dog Clyde with her to the talk show studio in Los Angeles. Clyde also made his television debut when Jennifer brought him out to join her on the stage with Jimmy.

Jennifer said the book is about finding your purpose in life.
