Living in the public eye for as long as Jennifer Aniston has is bound to generate some gossip. But even by the standards of American celebrities, the former Friends star and current costar of The Morning Show attracts some wild rumors. So when she stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday night, host Jimmy Kimmel sought direct answers about some of them.
The first one he asked about is one of the strangest tabloid fixations in recent memory. Brandishing an issue of US Today whose cover featured a split photo of Aniston and Barack Obama with the headline "The Truth About Jen and Barack!", Kimmel asked if there was any truth to this allegation of an affair between the actress and the former president.

"That's kind of…that was…of all the calls you get from your publicist where you're like, 'oh no, what's it gonna be…' and then it's that!" Aniston began. "That is absolutely untrue."
Furthermore, Aniston said that she's only actually met Obama once, "and I know Michelle more."
But as Kimmel ran down his list of Aniston-adjacent rumors, some of them turned out to be more truthful than the Obama fabrication.

For instance, Aniston confirmed that she does indeed "travel abroad with jars of olives." But the most surprising one came when Kimmel asked her if she has "a Ziploc bag filled with your dead therapist's ashes."
"It's a little true," Aniston said. "Oh, I'm gonna sound like I really need a therapist after this. I won't tell the whole story, but it's a little true."

Aniston also confirmed that she was indeed approached for a photograph while nude in a sauna, and she did have a piece of art hanging in the Museum of Modern Art when she was 11 years old, but she does not have a black belt in jiujitsu.
