Megan Fox recently starred in Machine Gun Kelly’s latest music video as a pregnant lady and later ‘gave birth’ to a baby girl by the end of the video. While many have been thinking it is a pregnancy announcement, the actress is not pregnant as far as we know.

While the speculation continues on, her appearance in the video might be something to do with the unfortunate miscarriage she suffered with Kelly, during their relationship. Although the actress had not revealed back then what went wrong, she, years before her relationship with Kelly, had made a brutal confession about her body after having three kids.

Machine Gun Kelly, real name Colson Baker, and Megan Fox have been in an on-again, off-again relationship after meeting on the sets of a movie in 2021. Engaged at one point, Kelly and Fox suffered a traumatic miscarriage that the actress later revealed the details of in her first book, Pretty Boys Are Dangerous.
Describing it as a traumatic experience later on (via GMA), Fox has been vocal about her experience. Even when she was married to her ex-husband, Brian Austin Green, the actress had made a shocking yet relatable confession about her body after having three kids. In an interview with ExtraTV, back in 2017, Fox had stated,
My body is barely holding itself together. It’s like stitched together with bubblegum and scotch tape. It’s gonna fall apart if I have another one [kid].
Fox, in the same interview, had described that all three of her children with Green had not been planned and that it was hard to say if she would have any more kids. While we all know how that went, it is commendable of the Transformers star to be vocal about such issues and challenges that most women face in their lives.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been together for quite some time now. Despite the earlier rumors of their breakup, Fox recently featured in Kelly’s latest music video, Lonely Road. Starring as a pregnant lady, the video may or may not have been a nod to the miscarriage that she and Kelly suffered back some while ago.
First having revealed the tragic event in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Dangerous, through two sets of prose, the actress later opened up about her experience in several interviews. In one particular interview with GMA, Fox had stated,
I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately… trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’
Even Kelly in his song Don’t Let Me Go had lyrics that referred to his partner’s miscarriage. From her brutal confession about her body post three pregnancies and Fox’s opening about her miscarriage, it is inspiring to see public figures speak about such deeply personal experiences. Megan Fox’s bravery in sharing her story is, thus, a reminder that everyone faces their own battles, regardless of their public image.
