“I knew it was going to happen,” she said in an interview with Glamour while reflecting on her experience working with Davidson. She shared that while working on the movie she and Davidson became really good friends and that Davidson had left a strong impression on her.
He truly is one of the nicest people in the world. I loved seeing him on set, how he was with fans and with the crew. He took pictures with everybody.

She recalled how he handled both positive and negative reactions from people with a laugh and grace. “I don’t even think he knows how famous he is,” she further said, emphasizing his down-to-earth nature.
Meet Cute follows a young woman Sheila, who uses a time-traveling tanning bed to relive and improve her best date night with her boyfriend, Gary, which does not turn out as she expected.
