After two years of calling it quits, a judge finally signed off on Dancing With The Stars alum Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox's divorce agreement, making their split official under the law. After welcoming three children and about 10 years of being a married couple, Brian and Megan decided to go their separate ways in 2020. The pair were first linked together in 2004 and had an on and off relationship until finally walking down the aisle in 2010. The exact timing of their split and the reason for their separation is unclear, but the couple appears to have no hard feelings after the break.
Brian, 48, and Megan, 35, have been working together to raise their children in the best way possible since their split. They also have new relationships. Megan has been basking in her relationship with American musician Machine Gun Kelly (MGK), while Brian has been making headlines for his romance with Sharna Burgess. Megan and MGK reportedly started dating in 2020 and announced their engagement this January. On the other hand, Brian's budding romance with Sharna is about to make him a father for the fifth time.

However, since the ex-couple revealed that they were going their separate ways, they have been waiting for the court to make their separation official. Finally, their wishes have been granted after a judge signed off on their divorce settlement on Tuesday, February 8, according to TMZ. Details of Megan and Brian's divorce settlement showed that they agreed to a joint legal and physical custody of their three kids.
Although the court documents didn't say much about spousal support, there was a reference to a settlement agreed upon outside the court. Sources close to Brian and Megan told TMZ that they did not have a prenuptial agreement. In California, that means anything they acquired during their 10-year marriage will be split 50/50 between them. The 35-year-old actress also has her maiden name reverted to Megan Fox from Megan Green.
The divorce settlement is without a doubt in the best interest of Dancing With The Stars alum Brian and Megan. Brian, who is expecting a baby with his girlfriend, can freely take his relationship to a new level if he wishes. Likewise, Megan, who is already engaged to MGK, has been granted the opportunity to walk down the aisle when she wishes. Now that things are officially settled between Brian and Megan, one can only hope the exes continue to enjoy their new relationships while co-parenting.
